Each piece requires time to be properly shaped, finished, and inspected.
Typical production time ranges from 14-21 working days, depending on the complexity of the design.
We do not rush this process.
Can I request customizations?
Yes. Select pieces may allow for subtle variations.
For more specific requests, you may contact us — and we will advise based on feasibility and integrity of the design.
How long does delivery take after production?
Once completed, delivery typically takes 14-20 business days, depending on your location.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price in the checkout page, before you purchase.
We offer Complimentary Shipping on all orders above $2,000.
What materials do you use?
We work with carefully selected materials — including high-carbon steels, layered structures, and natural components such as wood and leather (depends on product).
Each material is chosen not only for performance, but for how it evolves over time.
Are your pieces functional or decorative?
Our pieces are created with structural integrity, balance, and intention.
They are not mass-produced decorative items.
While often collected for their presence and craftsmanship,
they are also appreciated for how they feel in hand —
through movement, handling, and controlled settings where form and balance can be fully experienced.
What is the return policy?
As each piece is made specifically for its owner,
we do not accept returns for change of mind.
However, if there is a genuine issue by production, we will address it directly.
If your piece arrives damaged or does not meet our standards, we will take responsibility and make it right.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours before production begins.
After that, the process is already in motion.
